Summary:

This is a full-time position that provides professional and administrative support to the clients of ArmadaHealth. This person will directly report to the Manager of Clinical Services for supervision purposes. The Account Manager manages a book of business with a key focus on the success of the program, member engagement, navigation utilization, retention and client loyalty, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion and decision-making. The Account Manager provides professional, courteous service to our clients, and members, resulting in highly satisfied customers.  It is important that the Account Manager provide feedback from the clients and suggestions to improve the program.  The account manager will support client implementation, manage expectations, support member engagement programs.  At times the account manager may up-sell additional options.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Sales Team to develop renewal plan input, maintain and update new and existing client and broker information in database, i.e.: contact names, address, emails, telephone numbers
  • Work with clients and, intermediaries if applicable, to manage implementation process; including but not limited to: paperwork distribution, collection, client education and coordination of onboarding presentations
  • Delivers superior customer services by maintaining contact with clients and making proactive calls on a regular basis
  • Distributes usage reports to key clients annually and bi annually
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of new and existing products by closely working with colleagues
  • Ensures credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products
  • Acts as liaison to resolve escalated and complex service issues; troubleshoot billing issues
  • Responsible for overall retention of accounts
  • Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings when necessary
  • Appropriately documents conversations with clients and updates all computer systems when necessary; ensures accuracy of data in those systems
  • Create, update, maintain or terminate group
  • Manage eligibility of the group
  • Reviews customer billing for accuracy
  • Such other duties or tasks to assist the department of organization as the supervisor may deem necessary
