ArmadaHealth is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager/Director who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies that promote our company, events, products and services.  Qualified candidate will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space by driving website traffic, brand recognition and acquiring leads/customers. Candidate will also identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytical tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and display and search advertising.  We are searching for a candidate with strong leadership skills; solid writing skills to effectively communicate our brand’s message; has analytical skills to extract value from reporting tools and isn’t afraid to try new things.


  • Develop, own and manage operating plan for digital
  • Establishes and implements social media and communication strategies and campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing; research products, services and current approaches to identify new opportunities
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spends and performance within those insights
  • Keeps up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Leverage our design and content resources to implement strategies
  • Work cross functionally with platform product, developer relations, events, PR, and creative teams to drive new initiatives that support ArmadaHealth
  • Manage and drive digital marketing initiatives
  • Develop and Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Design strong client relationships through social media interaction
  • Cross-train team members where applicable


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working in digital marketing strategy, campaign platforms and management
  • Previous experience working in a digital agency, advertising agency of marketing firm is preferred but not required
  • Project management skills will the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong knowledge of both the B2B and B2C product space and the ability to build programs that cater to both
  • Technical skills, such as web programming, are desired, but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse people and teams
  • People and business management experience
