Summary:

This is a full time position that will manage the marketing functions of ArmadaHealth. The Director of Marketing will report straight to the President & CEO. At present, the Director of Marketing is the top level marketing position in the company and will be responsible for visioning and developing the marketing plan to support sales objectives and member engagement.  The Director of Marketing is in charge of public relations, support of the company brands and developing messaging that will convey our value proposition and drives a call to action.  This position will work collaboratively with product management to provide the voice of the customer in product and program development.  This position will also support customer surveys, member satisfaction and outcomes tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, sales teams and Information Technology to deploy marketing efforts
  • Provides creative direction on all aspects of marketing campaigns
  • Provides creative direction to create and improve brand
  • Enforce brand guidelines, uniformity and consistency to assure quality
  • Designs and creates collateral, forms and other marketing materials as needed
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing industry, trends and developments
  • Ability to update websites and digital channels
  • Designs and executes digital campaigns while continually monitoring performance and making improvements
  • Acts a project manager for campaigns, projects and creative
  • Such other duties or tasks to assist the department of organization as the supervisor may deem necessary

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and public relation skills
  • Ability to develop effective member engagement
  • Experience with consumer marketing in healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Experience with healthcare ecosystem including patients, providers, payers and health systems preferred
  • Targeted marketing and market segmentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage vendors and project plans
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have a good command of the English language, oral, and written
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Needs to be receptive to and accepting guidance from others
  • Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
  • Able to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Able to work in a diverse group of people
