Keith Sullivan has built a successful career in the corporate employee benefits industry. As Co-Founder of ArmadaGlobal, Sullivan created a company that brings to market innovative products and services to meet the health and benefit needs of employee constituent groups. Today, he continues to serve ArmadaGlobal in an advisory role as a member of the Board of Directors.
During his 30 years of experience forming and successfully running businesses, Sullivan founded and managed PERFORMAX, Inc., a healthcare benefits consulting and third party administration company. As President and CEO from 1998 to 2003, Sullivan led PERFORMAX to profitable national expansion.
Earlier in his career, Sullivan established Healthcare Plan Management, Inc. (HPM), an employee benefit consulting and plan management firm, which was acquired by United American Healthcare Corporation (NYSE) in 1993. After which, he continued to serve as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President. Sullivan’s career began with Home Life Insurance in Bethesda, MD, where he built a successful employee benefit consulting practice within the company’s financial services division.
In 2016, Sullivan received Maryland’s E&Y Entrepreneur Of The Year® award in Health Care IT in recognition of his extraordinary success in innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to his business and community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Y of Central Maryland.
A native Washingtonian, Sullivan graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
