ArmadaCare is seeking a Marketing Content Manager. The ideal candidate for this newly created position is gifted wordsmith who excels at taking complex topics and simplifying them. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Content Manager will apply writing, editing and project management skills to a variety of marketing and communication projects to support the client lifecycle from sales to enrollment. Create and manage content for product development
o Write and distribute press releases for new products and follow-through with media outlets
o Collaborate with product development team to create product collateral and training materials
Create and manage content for sales and business development
o Write and update sales support materials (fliers, proposal/renewal templates, presentations, etc.), including managing the creation from initial draft to final design
o Collaborate with sales and business development to identify opportunities to produce effective messaging and materials that support sales conversions
o Manage the creation of strategic partner sales support materials
o Look for opportunities for business development speaking engagement and submit proposals
Create and manage content for clients and members
o Plan and execute a client and member content strategy that drives high engagement
o Monitor and analyze communication campaign results and make adjustments accordingly
o Write new client and member educational materials including webinars, emails, fulfillment materials and more; project manage the creation of the materials from initial draft to final designed version; update materials as needed
o Collaborate with service-facing teams to identify opportunities for educational touchpoints and to produce effective messaging and materials that support the client lifecycle
o Fulfill requests from Member Services and Client Services teams for emails and talking points
Other administration duties
o Look for article placement opportunities in industry publications; write articles for executive leaders
o Assist with creating internal communications (employee onboarding and new product training)
o Copyedit and proofread copy to ensure upholding quality, clarity and consistency
o Submit materials to legal for review
o Maintain the editorial style guide
o Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments and best practices

Experience & Skills:
• 5+ years in corporate, consulting or agency setting with proven success in the development and execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels
• Proven ability to clearly convey concepts to creative and production teams, as well as stakeholders
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing and communication strategies, concepts and practices
• Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong collaborative, project management and performance measurement skills
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and work well as a part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
