ArmadaCare is seeking a Marketing Content Manager. The ideal candidate for this newly created position is creative writer who loves to transform everyday words into cutting-edge copy that’s exciting, thoughtful and moves people to action. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Content Manager will apply writing, editing and project management skills to a variety of marketing projects while working with talented and hardworking colleagues to drive the business forward. Responsibilities

  • Manage content for lead generation campaigns
    • Develop fresh content ideas for effective lead generation campaigns based on audience/persona
    • Write engaging copy for marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, assets (whitepapers, video scripts, ebooks, infographics), direct mail and online ads
    • Work closely with graphic designers to create campaign assets, which includes project managing to meet deadlines
    • Analyze campaign results and make adjustments accordingly
    • Lead marketing cross-pollination activities, including promoting webinars, webinar recordings and campaigns on our blog, social media channels and website
  • Manage and grow social platforms (social media channels, website and blog)
    • Develop a social media plan to help drive lead generation activities for marketing-owned channels and for sales personal channels
    • Look for guest blogging opportunities and social sharing
    • Support the LinkedIn strategy of sales team
    • Write and post LinkedIn Pulse articles
    • Manage social platforms (social media channels, website and blog), including content generation, execution and response/engagement
    • Collect, monitor and analyze social media channels, website and blog metrics, and make improvements accordingly
  • Other administration duties
    • Submit materials to legal for review
    • Research industry trends and statistics; maintain a central resource for industry statistics and update in materials
    • Copyedit and proofread copy to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
    • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments and best practices

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in traditional and/or digital marketing in corporate, consulting or agency setting with proven success in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to clearly convey concepts to creative and production teams, as well as stakeholders
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
  • Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborative, project management and performance measurement skills
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and work well as a part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
