Our Member Services Associates are responsible for resolving member inquiries regarding benefits, claims and coverage, while ensuring a world-class service experience.


  • Answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls and other member inquiries
  • Document and track contact with members
  • Educate members on our self-service options
  • Exceed our members service expectations
  • Exhibit flexibility necessary to ensure customer focused quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
